HELLO CLASS.

Okay, this is about the class deco AGAIN.

As some people have been complaining that the class backboard is too empty,

I've come up with some things.

I'll bring gold pens tomorrow and artistically inclined people will draw tales (old china money) (however you spell it) all over.

If we still have time, we can do a : 211 zhu ni you FU QI. Or something like that, you get the idea.

The 'comic strip' will be put up tomorrow morning on the right row of windows.

Some of the more observant people might have noticed there are several bulls but others just will be like "HUH WHAT BULLS"

So nevermind.

The fan will be coming tomorrow, Tracy will be bringing it (the stupid smelly fan we used for C&D 08)

and there will be a bull in front of it.

Cardboard bull.

We will have to cut out 'xin nian quai le's because I realised that we have nothing which speaks of the new year.

One set will be pasted outside, above the 211 and er shi yi while the other set will be hung from the fans.

So please, during class, after we hang the set from the fans, do not look up or you will faint due to dizziness.

That's pretty much all.

We have to hang up the two fishes too.

- cost per person (= i need to know how many of us are going)

- who is going to bring wad

You all should know right,
on one of the days of the choral and drama night,
we need to SELL stuff of fundraising !
and ... we didn't have much time to decide on it.
so the ppl who went online on msn a few days ago, came up with a list of drinks that we want to sell !
and since the ppl who went online on msn a few days ago weren't the whole class, so i went to create a poll for everyone to vote.

Hello,

Just a reminder for the first group of home econs (index 1 - 16)

next wednesday, 20th August,
we have the... Home Econs Trial (hope i spelled correctly)

its from 10 15 to 11 15

so make sure U GO PRACTICE THE STUFF U GONNA MAKE, THIS WEEKEND

just take note that you have to:

- make a shopping list of what you going to buy
(categorise them like : Meat/Poultry, Others, etc. )

- plan out what you going to do on that day
(from what time to what time you going to do what)

- List out the steps and label them like e.g Cold Preparation, Boiling, etc.
(i don't know how to say, but you should get what i mean... IF YOU GOT PAY ATTENTION IN CLASS LA... if not then too bad...)

Remember to bring your cooking stuff as well as ingredients for your recipes and stuff you going to make because mrs lee won't provide anything.

For stuff that needs to be placed in the fridge, mrs lee said that the home econs room will be open so you can go there and place the stuff in the fridge. REMEMBER TO LABEL YOUR STUFF !!! (if not later it MIGHT be mixed up with other classes stuff)

Sports Day Heats

Our class ran came in 2nd for the 2nd batch of the 8x50m!!!

Here are the relayers: Ming Sei, Pearl, Amanda Goh, Amanda chan, Annette, En ning, Jiayu and Xin hui!

Thank you all the relayers for putting in their best efforts :)

As for the 800m run, representing 1/11 was Meian and Nina.

They may not have won but at least they did their best. Well donee;)

Class Outing

So far, Kbox is leading.

But have to take consideration into the cost, timing, place etc. If Kbox is voted out due to dno what, then the second most voted choice (tennis/ badminton) will be taken.

But of course the final decision will be made by the COC la.

because we going to support the twins (n badminton team)
so we will be skipping some lessons.
but just go and finish up them . =D
And the ppl on duty,
can like clean the whole classroom (+ the top of cupboards,etc.)
coz i went to clean the top part of our cupboard on wed,
i found a THICK layer of dust.
we wouldn't want our classmates who r allergic to dust,
suffering in silence right?
So help by cleaning the WHOLE classroom (all the corners in the class)

Then on monday,
we will be going to the TOA PAYOH SPORTS HALL
to support the badminton team.
THE WHOLE CLASS.
so u will have to gather outside audi before 7.40 AM
Its estimated that it will end at abt 1 pm
but it will take up the lesson time.

The class outing rite,
me , melissa,ming sei, yee khoon, and the class (who suggested some.)
came up with these few stuff...:
- Bowling (haha... will have aozu ) (about $5 per game/person)
- Ice skating (its estimated $15/person)
- Tennis/badminton (to lower cost, go some1's house to play)
- KTV
- Escape theme park
- Cooking together...
- Inline skating
- Volleyball
- Shopping
- Lunch
- Someone's house
- Park (picnic)
- Zoo (play hide and seek ???)
- Wild Wild Wet
- Beach (we will build a big BIG sandcastle ... suggested by yee khoon)
- Chalet (THIS IS FOR YEAR END...)
